Online Therapy for
Narcissistic Abuse
& Relationship Trauma

You are in the right place

Have you experienced narcissistic abuse, coercive control or relationship trauma? If so, you are likely struggling with symptoms like anxiety, flashbacks, overthinking and low self esteem. You may feel like you have lost touch with the 'real you'.

My name is Fran and I am a therapist specialising in narcissistic abuse recovery and relationship trauma. I provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can process your experiences, heal, and rebuild your sense of self. Using a trauma-informed approach and evidence-based techniques, I can help you break free from trauma and anxiety, regain confidence, and move toward healthier relationships.

I have experience in working with a range of problems including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and stress, but I specialise in helping people recover from narcissistic abuse and relationship trauma.

I combine psychological exploration with practical tools and techniques to support real-life change.

I tailor my approach to your unique needs, because therapy is not one-size-fits-all.

I am based in the UK and offer online therapy globally.

I am a trainee member of UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) working towards full accreditation, and am fully insured to work with clients both online and in person.

Training, Education & Experience

I am in my fifth/final year of advanced psychotherapy clinical training (Transactional Analysis) at The Berne Institute (accredited by Middlesex University/UKCP) and I am a trainee member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy). I hold both a master's degree in Psychology (MSc Evolutionary Psychology) and a batchelor's degree in Psychology (BSc Hons Psychology, First Class). I have completed a Certificate in Counselling Skills.

I have been working with clients for three years and spent 18 months at Pegasus Men’s Wellbeing Centre, supporting both men and women with their mental health. Prior to working therapeutically I worked as an academic researcher on a number of health and mental health research studies and randomised controlled trials.

To further support my clients, I have undertaken additional training in Trauma & Complex Trauma, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches and Treating Narcissistic and Psychopathic Abuse. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development to provide compassionate, effective, and evidence-based support.
